About PDD

PDD is a fatal disease that causes damage to the nervous system which results in addition to central nervous problems, also symptoms of a paralysis of the stomach and/or small intestine. The birds cannot digest the food, get emaciated and often shed undigested seeds or other undigested food in their droppings. They can show problems with balancing and show lack of coordination.
